| Hotelli varauksen
matkaehdot |
Tarvitsemme varauksen yhteydessä majoittujien nimet eli
sukunimi ja etunimi.
Kuluton peruutus on mahdollinen 14 vrk ennen ensimmäistä
majoituspäivää (yksittäiset); ryhmille peruutusajat erikseen
pyynnöstä eli ota yhteyttä. Peruutus tulee tapahtua
arkipäivinä ennen kello 13.00; mikäli viimeinen peruutuspäivä
sattuu pyhäpäivälle tai viikonloppu niin peruutus ko.
edeltäneenä arkipäivänä.
Maksu 14 vrk kuluttua tilauksesta mikäli ensimmäinen
majoituspäivä on 60 vrk sisällä varauksesta (kuitenkin 14 vrk
ennen ensimmäistä majoituspäivää); muissa tapauksissa maksu 14
vrk ennen ensimmäistä majoituspäivää. Toimituskulu 9,00 euroa
per tilaus (eli jos tilaat samalla esim. lauttaliput tai
useampia huoneita niin tulee yhteensä 9,00 euroa
toimituskulua). Laskutuslisä 0,00 euroa (elektroninen lasku
sähköpostilla); muuten 5,00 euroa/lasku.
Huoneissa joissa on minibaari voi hotelli vaatia
sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä panttia, luottokortin numeroa
yms. vakuutta tai maksu voi tapahtua uloskirjautumisen
yhteydessä. |

| Hotel
accommodation and terms of reservation: |
We need names of persons who will accommodate (surname and first
name) in order to make reservation into hotels.
Cancellation of reservation is possible free of charge 14 days
before arrival day (individuals); for groups ask details from us.
Cancellation has to be done in week days (Monday to Friday) before 13.00
Finnish time; if the cancellation day is in
weekend or Finnish National holidays you must inform cancellation on
the day before said cancellation deadline.
Payment within 14 days from the reservation if arrival day is
within 60 days from the reservation
(but always at the latest 14 days before first day of accommodation);
in other cases payment 14 days before first accommodation day. If
you must use EU transfer or other foreign payment method (you do not
have bank account in Finland) then 20 days before day of arrival.
Office payment of 9,00 euros per reservation will be added into the
hotel room price (obs. if you order for example ferry tickets at the
same time there will only one time 9,00 euros office payment added
into the prices and same only 9,00 euros if you reserve more than
one room). Invoice charge 0,00 euros when used invoice send by email
to you; otherwise 5,00 euros per invoice in case of invoice send
into Finland and 19,00 euros into European Union member states.
In rooms where there is minibar hotels
can require some kind of deposit or credit card number while
checking in or the payment will happen while checking out. |
